Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Shijoy Sreedhar M K, trading as GO Kodex. GO Kodex provides professional technology services, which are delivered digitally or on-site; no physical goods are shipped. This policy should be read together with our Service Terms.

1. Project services

• Cancellation before work starts: if you cancel in writing before we begin work, we will refund the advance paid, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• Cancellation after work starts: you will be charged for the work completed and any expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation. Any part of your payment that exceeds this amount will be refunded.
• Completed and accepted work: fees for milestones or deliverables that have been completed and accepted are not refundable.

2. Support, maintenance and AMC

• You may cancel a support or maintenance plan with 30 days' written notice.
• Fees for the period already started are not refundable. Fees paid in advance for full periods after the notice period ends will be refunded.

3. Third-party licences and subscriptions

Payments made to third parties on your behalf — such as software licences, hosting, domain names, apps, themes or platform subscriptions — are subject to the third party's own refund policy and are generally not refundable by GO Kodex.

4. Service issues

If you are unhappy with any part of our work, please tell us first. Defects in deliverables are covered by the warranty in our Service Terms, and we will work to fix the issue before any refund is considered.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@gokodex.com with your name, company, the Proposal or invoice number, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 7 working days.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or by bank transfer. Applicable taxes are adjusted as per GST law, and bank or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted.
